Definition, coverage & attribution
Exact publisher dimensions; one reviewed national survey/source per country. These are publisher-reported or processed national statistics, with publisher flags retained; M flags mean model-based extrapolation and I flags mean imputation. Unflagged does not establish a directly observed survey count. National estimates and adjusted survey series remain explicitly identified by their source labels. National age/coverage exceptions and breaks are in observation attributes. No seasonal adjustment or currency conversion is applied by SOTW. Coverage is incomplete and national surveys are not fully comparable. One pinned national source per dataset/age/country. At review, Labour Force Survey (BA) sources are preferred; within that class the latest observation then greatest post-2014 coverage then lexical source code are used. Without BA, apply the same recency/coverage ordering. Source choices are pinned below and never automatically changed during imports. Rejected alternate sources remain in retained raw captures. National age and survey exceptions remain in decoded observation notes. The publisher age category does not override country exceptions (for example USA minimum age 16).
